- Employee onboarding and systems provisioning
- End-user support for Laptops (95% Mac, 5% PC), desktop software (Office) and SaaS applications (Google, SFDC, Zoom, Jira, etc.)
- SaaS application administration
- Information security practices
- Helping to define and improve IT processes and procedures
- IT projects to support business departments
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 1 – 3 years experience in a Help Desk or IS support role
- Familiar with Mac Os and Windows support
- Experience with Google apps required
- Experience with user support of Zoom, Jira, LucidChart, Okta a plus
