Job Description:

• Assist and respond promptly to Incident, investigate, and provide resolutions for operational or escalated incidents.
• Monitor and measure the performance & availability of database proactively
• Monitor & deliver the agreed service level, document, and maintain the configuration of the database
• Manages database health, patch update, security, and access control policies
• Examines the logical structures and improve performance of current systems
• Presents, analysis and evaluates data clear and concisely.
• Actively taking care of the ticketing system and work with the Request and Change tickets to deliver them as required.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline
• Oracle database administrator experience along with MSSQL server.
• Shell scripting knowledge
• Knowledge in AWS and Azure Cloud, Postgres would be an added advantage
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and good analytical skills
• Good organizational skills with written and verbal communication skill
